This website is operated by B1YOGA. Throughout the site, the terms “Me”, “I” and “My'' refer to B1 Yoga, offering this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
Please take time to read the following policy.
TIME POLICY
If you are late, it is your time lost.
If I am late, I owe you the time at the end of the session or your next scheduled session.
Your time starts & ends when scheduled. I often have many clients scheduled & may not be able to run overtime, IF WE RUN LATE, IT IS AGREED THAT YOU WILL PAY $2.00 per minute over your scheduled time. If you can not run late, it is your responsibility to let me know ahead of time so I complete your session on time.
*It is often that we might be in the middle of a private massage, or even a float; you may choose to go longer. Whenever possible, I like to allow space for that at the additional $2 per minute rate.
REFUND POLICY
There is “NO” Refund on ANY purchases.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours is required for cancellation or you will be charged in full for whatever you have scheduled.
If a 24-hour notice has been given, you may have a credit towards any offered service if used within 7 days of purchase.
EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are sick or your child is sick, you will receive 48 hours to reschedule your session within 7 days from the original purchase at no additional charge.
Please give as much notice whenever possible as other patients need to be accommodated & can be served by your advanced notice.
Less than 5 Hours Notice - Will be charged in full regardless of any given reasons
(EXCEPT for sick patience who will be given 48 hours to reschedule as stated above)

DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE TO THOSE IN NEED
If you are in need, I offer a 50% discount to Teachers, Nurses, Fire, Police, Senior, Military, Single Parents, unemployed & open to options not listed here.
I also offer pro bono/charity Bodywork & or a Yoga Private once per week, (on an off-peak time) to those in need & can not pay anything. If you wish to volunteer someone you know who could use this service, please connect us & I will serve them 1 time completely free! This may include the following but is certainly not limited to, disabled, cancer, divorce, recent trauma of any kind, loss of job, unemployed, homeless open to options not listed here.
Please recognize that I am a single parent of 2 that works 7 days a week to make ends meet every month, yet still offers discounts & free services to those in need with an intention of paying it forward.
If you are in need, PLEASE ask me personally & I will work something out with you for your care. I am also open to trades of all sorts, so please ask.
DISCOUNTS IN THIS AND ALL SERVICES OFFERED BY BRIAN BALES OR B1 YOGA ARE DEFINED AS THE FOLLOWING:
You are in financial hardship & can not pay your rent or home payment at the time of booking. Your income is not covering your outgo & you can & are willing to prove it with current bank statements or other comparable proof that you can provide if asked beyond any verbal agreement. B1Yoga has sole discretion to provide a discount, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering the totality of the customer’s financial circumstances.
NOTE: YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A BUSINESS AGREEMENT STATING THAT YOU ARE IN NEED & CAN NOT PAY THE NORMAL RATE DUE TO YOUR FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE FRAUDULENT IN YOUR PROOF OR SINCERITY OR YOUR EVIDENCE IS FOUND TO BE FALSE, YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE TO PAY ALL DISCOUNTED SERVICES RECEIVED IN THE PAST & AGREE TO DO SO WITHIN 30 DAYS.
BY ENTERING THIS AGREEMENT WITH BRIAN BALES OR B1YOGA FOR ANY SERVICE, TEACHING, TRAINING ETCETERA OFFERED & OR RECEIVED THROUGH THIS DISCOUNT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
THIS OFFER OF A 50% DISCOUNT IS AVAILABLE UP TO 2 TIMES PER MONTH AS NEEDED FOR YOUR HEALTH, WELLNESS & PEACE OF MIND.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
As the world is still dealing with Covid 19 and your safety is my number one priority, I have put in place procedures to prevent the spread of infections and all the necessary measures to welcome you with complete peace of mind. I’m doing the best possible health protocols for my clients in providing a safe environment during our sessions.
As of March 17, 2021, I got my full vaccination and have been so healthy since then, I am currently seeing one client at a time from 11 am - 8 pm rest assured that every after a session I’m doing deep disinfection before the next client with the use of Hepa / UV Filter in the Yoga space and the Massage space all is made to make sure that you can completely relax during your stay.
NOTE: THE DOOR OPENS TO THE HOME STUDIO 10 MINUTES BEFORE A SCHEDULED SESSION OR ANY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY, PLEASE WAIT TILL YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT OR CLASS TIME AS I MAY BE FINISHING WITH ANOTHER CLIENT, THEN ENTER QUIETLY AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME.
