COACHING

I am a foundation specialist and thus, all my efforts, teaching, massaging, bodywork, service to the world, ultimately boils down to that.  If the foundation is sound & balance, amazing things can be accomplished, in powerful ways, minimizing suffering and maximizing grace.  I am all about helping each person connect to that innate wisdom within themselves.  To help people move more consciously in their body, and in the world.  I do this through a variety of ways backed by more than 30 years of personal experience in each of my fields.

A typical class might include:

  • Foundation talk, Yoga Practice, Health check, History Your personal health history

  • Techniques including breathing, Massage, Reflexology, Yoga, diet, sleeping, mailbox technique, positive mindset, sex in all aspects, and more.

  • Homework & recommended reading will be given after your session also.
