If anyone enjoys treating yourself to a spa day of pampering and relaxation you have to try the dry brushing combined with the chocolate mint scrub with mud mask. It was an amazing day from the warm and inviting hug as I was greeted at the door to the amazing smells of essential oils when I walked in the house. I started my visit with dry brushing and I didn’t realize it could make your skin feel so soft. Next I had a caster oil pad put on my stomach while I was intoxicated by the chocolate mint scrub followed by my mud mask. And the massage is the best part. By far the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a massage like it before in my life in the best way possible. It’s nice to have someone care about your health as much as you do and use massage to help with that health. Thank you Brian for a great spa day!

This comment came in from a student of 10 years recently on the FB site 🙂

Fantastic yoga. Brian is a patient and caring teacher who can challenge any student from the most advanced to those with injuries or physical limitations. He pays close attention to alignment and will make your practice safer and stronger.

Looking to take your yoga practice to the next level? Perhaps you’re ready to start yoga and are unsure where to begin. I highly recommend Brian Bales with B1 Yoga. His knowledge in body alignment is astounding. You will physically go places you never thought were possible. He also provides massage and floatation services to help the body heal and recover faster. I can tell you first hand, his work is well worth it.

I second the outstanding recommendation by Heather Hansen for all: yoga, float, massage. Equals bliss! And provides challenge for deepening your practice.

Brian is an incredible body worker. For the last 40 years that I have been in back pain, Brian has been perfecting his craft. Although he was just a kid when his interest in body work began, Brian has spent all of the years since studying and training and developing his skills. That’s a long time, for me to be in pain and for him to work on helping folks like me relieve our pain. We put the two together recently and the result was mind blowing. In the last 30 years I have seen at least two dozen different massage therapists, and although most of them had good technique, none of them have had the skill level that Brian has. He has studied all over the world, so he has a wide variety of techniques to choose from to fit each individuals needs. Before I started treatment with Brian I was getting ready to cave and sign up for back surgery #4. Not now. I finally have hope again. This work that Brian does is absolutely one of a kind. I highly recommend that you have a session with him so that he can show you the possibilities and how much better your body can feel. Don’t miss out, give it a shot, feel good again. Thank You So Much Brian for Being Great!
